All our prices are inclusive of postage and packing, however, some areas of the UK (e.g. Highlands and Islands) may require additional handling fees. If this is the case then we will endeavour to make you aware of this within 24 hours of your purchase. Stocked items will normally be processed within 24 hours of purchase.
The estimated delivery times shown are an indication only. With stocked products, we aim to process and dispatch all orders received the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday or Tuesday if it falls on a Bank Holiday. However, if any items are not in stock, delivery may be delayed depending on our suppliers. Please therefore allow up to 14 days for non-stock items.

Part shipping of orders may be carried out at our discretion and will therefore arrive separately but no further delivery charges will be incurred by our customers.
Should our carriers be unable to make satisfactory delivery they will make contact directly with you to make a second call or offer the means for you to collect your purchase. If delivery or collection fails and the goods are returned to us we reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge to cover the cost of an additional delivery, provided the original goods were properly addressed and the appropriate carriage fee has been paid by us.
