DELIVERY POLICY

Our prices include VAT.

  1. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER.
  2. Delivery 3-5 working days.
  3. Products/items will only be packed for delivery once full payment has been received.
  4. If delivery is unsuccessful at first attempt, you will be notified by our couriers of the process to arrange an additional delivery date and time or an appropriate place where your items can be collected.
  5. Payment is only accepted on-line using the secure on-line payment facility or via the free-phone number by providing your debit/credit card information.
RETURNS POLICY

If your goods arrive damaged, please contact our customer services team immediately or at least within 24 hours of receipt. Faulty goods may be replaced, exchanged or a full refund provided as long as the fault is not due to improper use.

You will need to return the goods bought online to our address. If the damage is caused by transit or a manufacturing fault then the cost of return will be refunded to the customer.

Our customer service team is available Mon - Fri from 9am to 4pm (except public holidays).

If you return goods bought online, the purchasing contract is deemed to be cancelled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show any signs of use or misuse when received back on our premises then we reserve the right to appropriate compensation.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.
